31 Days of Transforming My Temple

Welcome to my new blog series. I am embarking on a challenge for the month of October and I will be chronicling my journey to transforming my temple for 31 days. I am actually starting this on October 3rd so I am a little late getting into this challenge.

Okay, before I go any further let me clarify what I am talking about when I say temple.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 says “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple” ESV

As I sat down to create this first page which will be the landing page for this series, the Lord brought me to these verses. I am God’s temple because His Spirit lives in me. I have been in a dangerous process of destroying my temple by unhealthy eating habits and lack of exercise. I don’t want to continue this path of destruction. I want to be holy as God is holy and I want to glorify God with and through my body.

This 31 day challenge will set the course for the rest of my life. Thank you for joining me in this journey. Each day I will add a link to the daily post for the next 31 days below. Let’s go…
